Christmas Eve...

Since my Dad and Laura both worked Christmas day, we got to celebrate with them on Christmas Eve. The kids loved it. They said it was like have Christmas 2 days in a row. We had a marvelous time hanging out, eating yummy food, and opening presents. It has been quite awhile since we were all together. It was nice seeing everyone.

After about a million tries at this picture, this is the pic we got.

The kids just DYING to open presents. They had already picked out theirs under the tree weeks before.

Kaylee was insistent on dressing up in her Christmas dress sometime during the Christmas celebrations. She's right, if it's a Christmas dress it should be used for more then church on Sunday.
This is Brayden's contribution to dressing up. As always, acting goofy.
I ended up being in charge of pictures since Laura couldn't work the camera. Somehow I didn't get everyone though (missing Pauly, Alecia, Jenna and Dreyson.)
Left side: Ryan, Dad, Curtis and Whitney
Middle: Dad and Laura
Right side: Kade, Becky, Paul, Haley
The kids and their new DSi's. These have been so awesome to have, yet completely annoying. They have figured out how to do so many obnoxious things on them. Hopefully that will get old soon, and they'll just stick to the games.
Kaylee's dance of celebration over her DSi

Paul and his new BBQer

Curtis and his new shot gun. Watch out, now Curtis and Whit are both armed  (Whit received one from Curtis. And get this...she was actually excited!)
Mike and I with our new TV for our bedroom. Ours was seriously SOOO old, it made really funky sounds.  Now we can lay in bed watching movies...sigh.
Becky and Paul with her new NOOK
The kids were very excited when we got home to find new PJ's waiting for them. They quickly changed and were off to bed. They even forgot to leave cookies for Santa...oops. They were all OUT within 10 min. Too bad Brayden was back up at 12:30 to excited to sleep. After bugging me for about 3 hours we finally got a little shut eye before the big day.
