Temple Square...

We decided to take the kids to Temple square last night for FHE. Are plan was to take them while it was still relatively warm outside. What we didn't take in to account was that it's warm during the day, but at night it's FREEZING!!!! We started the night by going to The Spaghetti Factory at Trolley Square mall. The kids loved it! Then we bundled up and headed outside. We were seriously rushing through everything because we were so DANG cold.
Kaylee posing (go figure.)

Salt Lake Temple

The kids sitting on the steps of the temple. Brayden wanted to pose here because it reminded him of a picture we have in that same spot when we were all sealed together. And of course Kade can't be serious...about anything.

In front of the fountain at the conference center.

It was great remembering why we celebrate this time of year. Kade is still trying to figure out the story about baby Jesus being born. He was mesmerized by the nativity and the story they told. When the kids heard President Monson on the speakers they were looking all around because they thought he was really there. It was a great start to the season.
